What happened
Employee was working at [REDACTED] expansion. The machine started running at ~4[REDACTED]. Slack was observed in the tubing between the primary pullout rollers and the secondary pull out rollers. The operator decided to pull on the tubing as it left the coiling chute to remove the slack. He bent over and while doing this the employee felt pain in his back. The employee reported the pain to his supervisor at [REDACTED] The pain was not extreme and the employee was moved to [REDACTED] that was functioning properly and [REDACTED] was taken down for maintenance. After a [REDACTED] the employee said the pain was progressing and he wanted to see a doctor.
