Before the incident
eric was draining oil out of the donut fryer. The valve was stuck with gunk in it.
What happened
When he was using abutter knife to get the valve unstuck- he got oil on his left hand and fingers middle- pointer- and thumb. He was wearing a glove but immeadiately took it off and stuck it in cold water.
