What happened
Hose was torn on spray nozzle that is used to lubricate and cool down bolts and he decided to fix torn hose by cutting of torn section with a pocket knife. While holding hose with his right he cut the hose with his left hand and the knife cut thru the hose and slipped and cut his index finger in the process of cutting the hose.
