At approximately [REDACTED] driver was at the Ravago Rail yard in [REDACTED] swinging his hot hose while standing on the back of the tractors catwalk when the hot hose disconnected. The weight and momentum of the task when the hose disconnected caused the driver to lose his balance and fall off the back of the catwalk. Driver is currently experiencing pain in his ribcage and having trouble breathing. He was instructed to immediately call the TravCare Nurse Hotline before he leaves location.
