What happened

: On [REDACTED] TM [REDACTED] reported worsening right wrist pain to [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] L.Shorter informed SBP that [REDACTED] had mentioned wrist discomfort on [REDACTED] while stocking rotors but told [REDACTED] and A[REDACTED] [REDACTED] he was unsure of if the injury occurred at work or home. He declined to leave work on [REDACTED] and moved to the MODS to continue working. Written statements from [REDACTED] and A[REDACTED] from [REDACTED] are attached. [REDACTED] stated that the initial pain started on [REDACTED] while operating an OP in aisle 9 or 11 closer to the shipping side of the [REDACTED]. He reported that a long part slipped while he was lifting it from a gaylord in an elevated position near the top rack causing the gaylord and part to tilt and fall onto the ground. In turn the gaylord scrapped his right wrist when attempted to grab it to keep it from falling. He continued working on the OP on [REDACTED] and did not report any issues to [REDACTED] and state
