What happened
TM was loading the batteries truck in the return dock. The employee went on his 15-minute break and when he returned he went to continue loading the trailer. When the team member went to load the trailer using his RJ the dock plate had shifted and was not positioned correctly. The pallet he was carrying to the trailer hit the bottom of the trailer causing the team member to hit the RJ handle with his left rib.
