[REDACTED] was headed up the shipping dock towards Returns. [REDACTED] did not stop at the stop sign and made a hard left as [REDACTED] emerged from behind a pallet of oil while maneuvering a walking-jack. When the OP operator made the turn she struck [REDACTED] with the OP resulting in a broken R toe foot.
