Per associate at 2:15am on 05 09 2025 on order S321411 he was on slot 41-531 when he grabbed a case from the slot and paced quickly to his pallet to put the case down. He stated he already had two cases on his pallet to start a base and was trying to put the case he was carrying on the corner space. While placing down the case to try and arrange it on the pallet to build the base layer he got his left foot ankle stuck on the edge of the pallet. He stated that he bent rolled his ankle inward. He states he felt a strain pain in his ankle but believed he could keep going and went on pulling his order. However as he went on further pulling his order he states that he was in too much pain and therefore came to report the injury.
