Per [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he was on order S336771 on pick slot 57-0221 picking item 1228135 (29.98 lbs.) around 21:05 on 05 11 25 when he states he pulled the right side of his lower back and felt pain. Associate states he had already picked up the case from the slot and was lifting it to put it on one of the two pallets the order called for when he felt a pull then pain then spasms. Associate put a Lidocaine patch to alleviate the pain a bit and reported the incident thereafter. Previous similar accident T00662272-1 on May 2 2024. Will attach previous report as it is not available on Intelex.
