Per [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at the beginning of the shift he did not feel any pain but after he took his lunch at 23:00 05 11 25 he felt uncomfortable with his right hand specifically his right wrist and thumb. He kept working after lunch till he reported that he could no longer stand the pain at 00:25 on 05 12 25. He states that he feels pain when he maneuvers the handle on the standup (PIT #4723) with his right hand as he utilizes his thumb and wrist. Associate states that any kind of movement and or pressure that involves his right hand wrist and or thumb radiates pain. His last letdown use of stand-up was at 56-0101 to 68-0221 at 00:19:56.
