Per associate on 08 19 25 he was selecting cases for order S244219 in the freezer slot 36 073-2 when he states that he sneezed coughed then he felt pain on his abdomen left side. He states that he felt a burning stinging pain but went away at the end of his order. He states that he felt a bump and decided to come into the office to report the injury. The nurse hotline was called; they recommended he seek medical treatment at an occupational clinic. Associate was sent to Akeso medical clinic. He came back at 11:30PM and was sent home at 11:35PM. I told him that he will receive a call from [REDACTED] or Gina in regard to his RTW status. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is scheduled off (NS) tomorrow 08 20 25
