What happened
During a quality inspection in the Grain Tech department an inspector was examining a door. In order to assess the opposite side he loosened the cart to rotate the door. While doing the inspection the door rotated downwards and the trim made contact with his palm. The inspector pulled his hand back and the trim which had punctured his skin resulted in a laceration on his palm.
