On [REDACTED] an associate felt abdominal pain after lifting an Eco Large box during LST picking in aisle 280 For the record: On [REDACTED] Associate sent me a text stating he had experienced an asthma attack and needed to use his nebulizer In that same message he mentioned he might have pulled a stomach muscle while picking cartons in the listpick area On [REDACTED] he texted again requesting VTO so he could go to the emergency room due to severe back pain which he believed might be related to his kidneys He was excused and placed on VTO returning to work the night of [REDACTED] When he returned on [REDACTED] the story changed He reported pain and swelling in his lower stomach and said he had spoken with another associate who told him he once experienced something similar and was sent by the company for medical evaluation ultimately resulting in surgery [REDACTED] associate asked me to issue medical paperwork I informed him that he would need to wait until the morning when [REDACTED]
