Associate was helping Associate 2 with consolidating (2) pallets of pails into one pallet This happened next to [REDACTED] where the shrink wrap machine is on The [REDACTED] Both pallets were stationed in front of the shrink wrap machine The pallets were spaced about a foot apart from each other While consolidating the pallets associate reported that the pallets were spaced two to three feet apart [REDACTED] also claimed he was pivoting correctly while consolidating After reviewing the CCTV Footage we seen that the pallets were spaced a foot apart and [REDACTED] was seen stepping onto the pallets while consolidating Associate didnt report that he was stepping onto the pallets while consolidating Associate claimed that while moving (1) pail to one of the pallets he didnt notice the how close he was to the other pallet He stated that he began to fall forward and then caught himself but eventually fell backwards CCTV Footage shows that associate lost his balance due to stepping onto the p
