What happened
The employee was using a large impact wrench to remove a cam roller on equipment that was jacked up. The equipment was not properly cribbed and the jack was not on top of another piece of material instead of flat surface which caused the load to shift while it was being worked on which caused the employees hand to be pinched between the impact gun and the floor.
