I went to do a portable x-ray knee on the patient with [REDACTED]. While I was performing the exam a pelvis x-ray was ordered. The patient was unable to assist and there were no RNs in the immediate area so it took a great deal of pushing and pulling to acquire the image. I immediately began feeling right shoulder pain.
