I was just starting my shift wearing complete PPE when I just cleaning the area in Microbiology Department a spicule of glass goes inside my gloves then when I checked it was bleeding. I then clean it by washing it thoroughly until the bleed stops with soap. That area is where we processed positive blood cultures and processing wet preparation.
