What happened
Room 14 assisting a patient to the restroom and back to bed. Patient over 200lbs and using a walker. Patient dropped herself into bed and landed crooked on the bed. Picked up patient legs and called a tech for help. Had 2 paper chucks under her which they used to boost her in the bed. Nurse pulled harder than the tech. There was no pain felt at the time. Nurse continued shift and began to feel back pain. Came to work the next day and was taken to the ED by her manager.
