What happened
I started working at Advent in [REDACTED] approx. in [REDACTED] my right ring finger and right thumb started catching when I would bend them. No pain at first just catching. also my right shoulder began to hurt when lifting my arm. It started hurting while mopping. It is hard to get dressed and grip the mop handle to mop the floors. As time has went on I am in alot of pain in both fingers and shoulder. I cant bend those 2 fingers at all now because they lock up.
