What happened
I came into work and it had been pouring the rain my shoes were wet; I clocked in and as I was walking down the hall my wet shoe stuck to the floor and I fell in front of the CT scanner door near xray. I fell mainly on my right side and hurt my R elbow R hip and R knee. I could not get up by myself and I yelled for help. A girl from xray heard me and went and got the ER RN DR. They helped my up and took me to ER where I had xrays done.
