What happened
I was in Chemistry bench performing testing. Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when about to remove the sample cap to perform testing when the sample splash on my face and I think on my left eye as well. Immediately after I wash my face and eyes using the eye wash station and informed my supervisor [REDACTED]. She reported the incident to the nursing Supervisor [REDACTED]. My blood sample was collected and I was removed from the bench upon instructed to return back to work and follow up with Employee Health next [REDACTED]
