starting to weld a repair

The associate had started a weld repair the 4th floor rooftop. He and the Holder associate moved the job made safety screen into place for the welder to continue his task. Less the 5 minutes into his task a gust of wind blew the screen over striking him in the head. After checking on the associate the associate from the other trade immediately called for help. After being checked by the site medics the associate was transported to the hospital via ambulance.
