operator was working on setting up the Agglomerator for system dry out The 6 triclover cap must be removed from the fluid bed line to baghouse and the dry out line connected Operator generally loosens the clamp and allows the residual wash water to leak out and into a bucket The operator removed the clam and the solution behind the cap burst with some force blowing the cap into the operators chest and the residual Acid wash solution hit and saturated the operator from mid torso down Operator immediately went and flushed Then went to the mens locker room and stripped down and flushed for 45 minutes Operator dressed and wished to leave for the hospitalInitial Injury Reports Comments 6 1 [REDACTED]: After a period of flushing the operator has a rash from his waist to his knees and wished to leave for the hospital for further care 2nd degree burns as a result
