EE picked up a bar

A piece of aluminum irrigation pipe became lodged in the baler conveyor belt side. EEs locked out machine went into baler charge box and attempted to use come along to pull the piece out. Piece broke off leaving part inside side of conveyor. Went on outside of charge box and used pry bar to pry up part of conveyor and use second pry bar to push broken piece out. First pry bar (60) was used to pry up conveyor was laying on a piece of stainless across the cross member. Second EE Was unaware of pry bar laying there and pulled on the piece of stainless to get it out of the way. Doing so dislodged the pry bar coming free and striking EE in the mouth. First EE had his back turned grabbing the second pry bar to push the piece free.
