EE was attempting to step with their right foot up onto the steps of the locomotive (approximately 18 inches from ground level). In the process of bending their left knee to step up with their right foot
What happened
their left foot slipped forward causing their left knee to strike the corner of the locomotive steps. EE realized they were going to fall forward into the locomotive and in an attempt to divert their fall instability away from the locomotive they twisted their left knee and fell to the ground
