What happened
Left hand caught between rollers at high speed palletizer. At [REDACTED] The palletizer was down because the pallet infeed was trying to feed two stacks at a time causing them to crash. The operator was removing a pallet with no gloves on when his hand slipped and went between rollers. The machine was not running but rollers activated. No ambulance was called and the operator states he plans on going to urgent care.
