What happened

Description: Employee stated he was performing one last check at this tower with another employee prior to EPA inspection scheduled for teh following day. He noticed a gas powered item on site OLD VALVE TURNING Equipment and they removed it from the storage area at that site and put it on the back of a work truck. Once the item was on the truck the employee started to push the equipment to the back of the truck and felt something painful that dropped him almost to the ground. Suspected Cause: Immediate Actions Taken: Employee notified office and was instructed to call work care who advised ice and rest after interviewing. The other employee accompanied them back to the office and advised him to go home. [REDACTED] went to plant to check on employee and assist with closing up the facility and making sure employee could get into his vehicle to drive himself home.
