Description: Employee reported she was walking to a valve box lid to open it and fell in a hole in the grassy area twisting right knee. She was with a team of two others but they were operating the Valve box Exerciser. She was ahead of them locating valve box lids and opening them. She called the safety coordinator as OM is on vacation. He contacted workcare and picked her up and took her to urgent care at her request.. Suspected Cause: Not seeing uneven ground ahead. Immediate Actions Taken: Contacted Work Care Safety Coordinator took employee to Urgent Care after talking with Work care. Will gather statements for follow up call.
