Description: Partial left quadricep tendon tear occurred while employee was descending workplace stairs. Suspected Cause: No known cause. Area was delineated of any trip hazards employee was using handrail no known pre-existing conditions prior to incident. Immediate Actions Taken: Instructed employee to remain seated until APM arrived. Upon arrival APM deemed it necessary to contact EMT to transport employee to care facility
