What happened
EE was tasked with placing wheel chocks on an aircraft main wheels. After placing chocks on the right main landing gear of the aircraft [REDACTED] stood up and struck his head on a drain mast that was attatched to the bottom side of the right engine. This caused a laceration to ee head.
