The Employee was removing office trash bin from the back door.

The Employee was pushing the trash bin from behind. The employee then walked past the two large shop bay doors of the main shop. The employee passed through the uneven drain area. The trash bin wheels got stuck due to the uneven surface in the area. The sticking wheels resulted in a sudden stop in the trash bin 's movement and caused the bin to fall in the forward direction. The employee tried to hold the trash bin to prevent it from falling completely. While trying to pull back the trash bin the employees right leg shin got hit by the bottom edge of the trash bin.
