Before the incident
Drilling hose deployments and advancements with a coworker. Worked on hose advancements using single and team based techniques. When using team based Comella advancement they were the rear person pulling the hose to advance for the nozzleman.
What happened
While acting as rear person pulling the hose to advance for the nozzleman the employee felt a twinge tear8ing sensation in their left elbow which was utilized to grip the hose. Twinge was persistent throught the remainder of their shift. Used ice and ibprofen for lingering discomfort. When woke up the [REDACTED] pain and weakness in left forearm elbow had increased and was consistent.
