Before the incident
Associate was pulling headrest. While reaching into a box to retrieve a headrest she felt something strike her left ear. The associate stated there was a Turret Driver placing a pallet into the bay directly above box she had been retrieving the headrest from. The Associate stated she did not realize she was bleeding. Approximately 1 [REDACTED] the incident the Associate realized she was bleeding and reported the incident to her Team Lead and was taken to her supervisor.
