Line 3 backing hot drum glue melt was acting up he wanted to lower the piston into the drum more.

To do that he unscrews a bolt so there is no vacuum overpressure when he moves the piston. He usually does that when they change out the drum. However there was already pressure on the drum and he didn 't know that by unscrewing the bolt there will be glue coming out.
