another operator was moving a trench box. [REDACTED] was guiding it and hooking the cable to the machine to then hook onto the trench box.

when hooking the cable to the trench box he directed the operator to come closer and as the operator moved the box closer [REDACTED] arm was inbetween the cable and the box causing it to pinch his arm.
