What happened
Team member was getting ready to set IG into a 32 by 37 inch sash on the [REDACTED] line when they noticed the sash was missing a setting block. the team member reached to the left side of the sash with their left hand to grab a replacement setting block out of the bin when the team member to their right was sliding a sash backward down the GL line to put the upper in front of the lower sash after installing bead. When the team member pushed the sash back it struck the TM 's arm that was grabbing for the setting blocks pinning their arm between the metal bar of the rack and the sash. The team member pulled their arm out of the pinch point.
