Employee was grabbing new boards to load into the box wrapper when he got a wood sliver in his right middle finger he removed the sliver and continued working not thinking he needed to report because it did not bleed. When he came into work on [REDACTED] his finger was swollen and discolored. He then notified his supervisor of the incident.
