Before the incident
Employee was cutting the stretch wrap from a pallet of empty jars to be used on the production line.
What happened
As the employee was bent down cutting the stretch wrap a forklift driver came to supply the line with more pallets of empty jars. Forklift driver pushed 2 pallets of empty jars into the pallet the employee was working on. This caused the injured employee to be struck in the head by the empty jars and stepped back quickly to avoid the pallet.
