Before the incident
A pry bar slipped out of a die while the associate was attempting to flip it. The pry bar struck the associate in the face and knocking their tooth left lateral incisor.
What happened
While helping to clean a die at the cleaning station the associate was using the wrong tools to try flipping the die to clean the bottom. In the attempt to flip it one of the tools pry bar slipped and hit EE in the mouth breaking their tooth. Associate felt no major discomfort and chose not seek medical treatment at this time.
