On [REDACTED] while helping weld a horizontal seem on a tank the AGW was binding up and not tracking properly on the tank shell. The employee spotted this problem and began to try and fix the issue by prying the AGW over to properly position the wheel on the tank shell. As they pried the AGW began to move again and pinched his hand under the weight of the AGW against the Tank Shell.
