Before the incident
Installing tires on rim for company vehicle per work order.
What happened
The employee while completing the installing of tires on the rim he turned to load wheel assembly onto portable cart. He felt discomfort in his left knee. Completed the task and upon completing the test drive while exiting the vehicle he felt discomfort. He stated in follow up interview that it had taken a few moments before he could walk regular upon exiting the vehicle. Additionally he feels discomfort from various positions as well as the lateral side.
