What happened
Employee went to move a full tote of hummus but found that the electric pallet was missing. He went to go look for it but couldn 't find it. He then went to move the tote full of hummus with a manual pallet jack. When he was pushing the tote with the pallet jack he felt something on his left groin area and felt pulses on the left side of his abdomen. He also felt a strain on his lower back.
