Before the incident
Emptying garbage from my cart to throw in large garbage bin in [REDACTED] garage over estimated the weight of the bag went to toss it in the bin and immediately felt pain in my left shoulder. i reported the incident to stryder and he instructed me to be seen in the [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]. once discharged from [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]] i filled out incident report and went home. doctor said i am not able to return to work until [R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]] as of right now.
