Before the incident
My left shoulder was sore but I was able to use my left arm fully at work. After helping with cares on a morbidly obese patient I started experiencing increasing shoulder pain until I was unable to continue working because of the pain. I left work about 0200 due to the severity of pain. Since that time I have been unable to use my left arm functionally without significant pain. I have seen my physician and had x-rays. I am scheduled to see a sports medicine provider on [REDACTED].
