What happened
The employee was laying under the conveyor belt and wiping the roller. The conveyor was not locked out and was on a slow speed. The employee was wearing a smock over her uniform and when her arm got close to the pinch point of the moving conveyor belt and roller the sleeve of her smock was pulled into it and arm caught between conveyor belt and roller. It took approximately 65 seconds to get her out.
