What happened
[REDACTED] EE was working on the bottle line and began experiencing left wrist pain while lifting and carrying boxes of [REDACTED] from the line to the finished goods pallet. After the line ran out of materials she was reassigned to the hand pack area where the pain began to subside. The discomfort was not reported at that time. On [REDACTED] EE was working on the Rigid line. While using the clip gun she again experienced pain in her left wrist which she reported. No medical treatment was provided to employee; refused treatment. Supervisor placed employee on another job on [REDACTED] which created a 1 day restriction.
