What happened
Employee was working on [REDACTED] when the machine went down due to a wire tangle. While she was behind the machine near the packer door clearing the tangle from the pulley another employee asked her where the wire traveled through the machine to assist with disposal after it was cut. As she turned to respond [REDACTED] tripped over another rack of wire and fell to the floor. She braced her fall with her hands and struck her head causing her glasses to press into her forehead and create an abrasion. She also reported soreness in both wrists.
