Switching over quinch rollers from 3000 to flat.
What happened
While [REDACTED] was in stalling the rollers on the quench a roller fell and smashed his finger in-between another. causing bruising and discomfort. He proceeded to inform me and said he want to want to see how it feels towards the end of the day. Come the end of the day and the bruising and discomfort did not go away and he went to beacon.
