What happened
Team member was checking glass on a rack and didn 't Realize the rack wasn 't fully grounded (it was too close to the rack in front and was sitting on the rack and not the floor. As the team member stepped on the rack; the rack dropped to the floor causing the glass to tip over and fall on his right ankle causing swelling. With the addition of prescription medication added with the last medical visit this is now recordable.
