What happened
Employee alleges while cleaning trucks out he picked up 1 case of glass breakage. While carrying the case to the breakage bin outside the truck the employee was walking down the dock plate and twisted his right ankle and fell towards the breakage bin. He stated there were broken sticks on the dock plate but did not cite these as the reason he twisted his ankle for certain. He immediately placed an ice pack on his right ankle and went to urgent care to have the injury assessed.
